Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industries for business growth.
- Generating new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and targeted outreach.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Creating and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.

- Effectively communicating the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
- Achieving and surpassing key performance indicators and sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telecalling or telemarketing, with a track record of successfully generating leads and closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to engage with potential clients.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
- Tech-savvy with a reliable laptop, internet connection, and mobile phone.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with web development and digital marketing trends is advantageous.
